From April 2026

By using the Fingal Dental Care website or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Provide accurate personal and medical information when booking.
Appointments may be rescheduled in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is required at the time of service unless arranged in advance.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, cash, credit and debit cards, phone card sales, and financing options.
Fees for treatments or consultations will be communicated in advance.

We kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided for the cancellation or rescheduling of general dentistry appointments.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
To secure certain treatments, a deposit is required. For composite bonding appointments, a €300 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
We require at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel these appointments.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While our policies are in place to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all patients, we will, at our discretion, offer flexibility where possible.
If we are able to fill a cancelled appointment slot, the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled booking.

CCTV is used in public areas of the clinic for safety and security.
Footage is stored securely and accessed only when necessary, in line with privacy regulations.

Treatment outcomes may vary; results cannot be guaranteed.
Fingal Dental Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from treatment or website use.
